My love affair with yoga began in 2001 and from the very first yoga class, I experienced the challenge and freedom that comes from study and practice. As a result, I’ve seen my life change and grow in many positive ways. Since 2005 I have been honored to explore and share my love of yoga as a full-time teacher and mentor.

My style of teaching is straight-forward and engaging, flowing and instructive. Students share with me that they value my depth of knowledge, compassion, transparency, and desire to keep learning and teaching. My life experiences, yoga philosophy and Ayurveda weave their ways through my classes. Ultimately, my aim is to inspire students to recognize and embrace yoga as a moment-to-moment, life-long practice of embodied living. I truly hope that through the teachings of yoga, I can encourage every student to enjoy living in deep connection to his or her own body, mind and heart.

I not only educate yoga practitioners through public classes and private sessions, but I also offer workshops, retreats, teacher training, lifestyle coaching and teacher mentoring programs.
