I absolutely LOVE food and when I spend the time creating, preparing and enjoying delicious and nutritious food, it definitely fills me with more than just good tastes, but probably equally nourishing is the time I get to spend with my bestie. This woman is my soul sister and becoming friends no doubt helped me heal from challenging friendships I’ve had over the years. I definitely think her friendship helped me to create many more positive adult friendships with other women. I will forever be grateful. Anytime spent with her is good fun and good medicine.
