Please join me through an embodied movement practice and get curious about what it means to feel somatically connected to our core. In this practice we will be moving all around our mats, the room and playing with different kinds of props to enhance and educate ourselves in a fun and interactive way. ✨Rock, Squat & Roll✨ ✨Friday, February 7th 6:30-8:30pm✨ Description: Rock, Squat and Roll – In this playful and educational class, the invitation is for you to remember dynamic movement that is both practical and fun. Often times there are movements that our physiology is designed to do but have been lost or undeveloped due to lots of environmental circumstances. Let’s reclaim some of the basic ways that our bodies truly crave to move. Being willing to get up and down from the floor and to potentially feel awkward are good starting points for this class. Hope to see you there!!
