Usually we are just feeling the pressure of time but meditation gives us access to the timeless. The moments that don’t need to be altered or improved. They can simply be as they are. If your mind can feel relaxed in this state, place your hands on your belly and breathe deep enough to feel the breath moving in and out of your abdomen. This will help trigger a more calm and relaxed sensation inside and help you to feel like your doing something if doing nothing sounds unappealing. I want more moments of doing nothing with my son!!
