The base is French lentils and then I throw whatever veggies I have on hand. This one is corn, zucchini, cucumbers, carrot, celery, basil and parsley. For a little more sweetness I added raisins. My favorite dressing that I use on almost everything is: olive oil, lemon juice, ume plum vinegar, dill, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and miso.
