I’ve had a hectic day with lots of family coming in and out of the house while trying to work so I’m glad to take a few minutes out to do nothing but rest. Doing nothing is definitely underrated!! If you have tight hamstrings or a stiff lower back don’t stress about getting your legs right up at the wall.
